ACME is a software development and AI automation company. The website you're reading right now describes our services and lets you contact us. We're based in Argentina and operate worldwide.
What this site is
The site is a marketing presence for ACME. Reading the site, browsing the blog, or using the chatbot does not create a contract between you and us. A contract starts only when we sign a written engagement after a contact and discovery call.
Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the site or chatbot to attempt to compromise security, send abusive content, or scrape it for commercial AI training.
- Submit false, misleading, or harmful information through the contact form.
- Reverse-engineer or copy ACME's code, designs, or content for resale.
Content
All content (text, images, code, designs) on acmeacme.io is owned by ACME or licensed for our use. You may quote short excerpts of our blog posts with attribution. For reuse beyond fair use, write to us at hi@acmeacme.io.
Service engagements
When ACME and a client sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for Build Studio, Companies Automation Force, Embedded Team, or any other engagement, the terms of that SOW govern the relationship. The terms on this page do not override a signed SOW.
No warranty
The site and the chatbot are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The information here is general and may become outdated. The chatbot can produce incorrect information — do not rely on it for important decisions without confirming with a human.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACME is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of this site or services obtained through it. For paid engagements, liability is capped per the SOW.
Changes
We can update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. If a change is significant we'll make a reasonable effort to communicate it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
