ACME ("we", "us") operates acmeacme.io. This policy explains what data we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect and why
- Contact form and email: name, email, company, and the message you send, used to reply to you.
- Anonymized analytics: page views, country, device, referrer, used in aggregate to understand site usage.
- Server logs: IP address and timestamp, used for security and debugging.
Cookies
First-party cookies for site functionality. Google Analytics runs without cookies until you accept the banner: it counts the visit but cannot recognise you. If you accept, it stores its cookies, and we also load Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps), PostHog (product analytics), and the Meta Pixel. The Meta Pixel sets an advertising cookie that lets us measure and retarget our own campaigns. If you decline, none of that loads.
Data retention
Contact submissions: while we're in active conversation plus 24 months after the last contact. Server logs: 30 days. Analytics: 2 months (Google Analytics default).
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing hi@acmeacme.io. We respond within 30 days.
